Friday- a good day off!

A normal Friday I got up and mowed the lawn, well the front lawn. It was so hot today. Took a shower kissed Janina good bye then headed towards work! I had to come in and serve Coffee and donuts to the associates. I think I may have poured coffee 3 times and gave out one donut. It was really a waste of time for me to be at work. But I did get me a donut :) yum yum!

After that I went to my parents house. I set up my laptop and started burning DVD’s. I had to burn all my favorite sci-fi shows to DVD. I usually download the Divx version right after it airs on TV.

My mom got how around 4pm and she talked about her horrible week. She had a patient that didn’t end up well and she was very sad. She loves all her patients and tries very hard. I have to pray for her she is having a hard time at work also.

Later my mom changed the subject and said she could not find my True love waits letter that I wrote to my soul mate in 1994, the year I made my promise to abstain and save myself for my soul mate (aka Janina). Apparently my mother has misplaced my letter. So I remember a time when I saw her with it and it turns out it led to her remembering where they were. It also turns out that my parents also wrote a letter to my soul mate too. My mom asked me if I wanted to read all the letters I told her no, that it is meant for me to read it with Janina. My mom says my letter is pitiful. And it also appears I spelled but, like butt. Yeah me and my 15 year old self that was illiterate. Atleast that is what my mom says. She said my Dad wrote a good letter she started crying.

Afterwards we went to Chilis, I had a honey BBQ steak. All my food was good, and then we returned to my parents’ house. They were expecting delivery people to stop by and deliver there new washer and dryer. We arrived at there house at 6:05pm. The delivers were supposed to deliver the stuff from 6:00pm-9:00pm. The funny thing was that when we went to the front door there was a, Sorry we missed you, we were here at 6:10pm. My watch and cell phone painly displayed 6:05pm. So they were lying. My dad called had them come out and deliver the appliances.

Then at 8pm it was SCI-FI Friday! Woot! New episodes of SG1, Atlantis, and Battlestar Glactica. Such awesome shows!

After 11pm I left and met up with Janina and Clay. We decided to go see Laurel get off the plane. It was so good to finally see our friend. Clay was so happy to see Laurel again. We decided to talk awhile then go to Tomo’s. It’s a Sushi bar. We ate, it was pretty good, and then we went home and slept.
